Yoga with Jools meets at Marshside Road Methodist Church every Tuesday from 7.30pm until 8.30pm - £5 per person per session. The class is aimed at all abilities, is non-competitive and each participant is encouraged to find their own level. Everyone is unique, has different bodies and different levels of fitness so it is important that a practice is chosen to suit each individual.

Yoga is so much more than a set of exercises.

Many people come along expecting to stretch their bodies but, after just a few sessions, start to leave with so much more.

Others feel that they don’t think Yoga is for them as they're not very flexible but everyone can enjoy the many benefits of yoga and become more flexible – why not give it a try?
